I don't know about his english voice, but since Heavensward his french voice actor hasn't changed and in the french 3.4 trailer, it's definitely not Ilberd's voice.
I want that Tribal poncho looking thing so bad <3
Who knows, But I want it. <3 The male version seems really goofy and outlandish, but im not complaining. I am native American, but I love that Tribal poncho thingie the girl had one, :3 bet its gonna be uber cute with my spriggan cap.

It's definitely his Heavensward voice actor though in English, and it makes perfect sense, especially the 'post 3.3' questline where the player retraced their steps of their journey through 3.0, whereThere really isn't anyone else who could fit the bill.Raubahn mentioned that Lolorito told him what Ilberd had planned while Raubahn was still in captivity, that after he had executed Raubahn he was going to arm the Ala Mhigan refugees with weapons paid for by the Monetarists and, presumably, lead them on what would be a suicide mission to take back Ala Mhigo. Instead now it seems he has some other 'power' as his secret weapon, which.... could be anything (I have my suspicions and theories... but I'll keep them close to my chest for now).
Either way, apart from the exiled heir to the throne of Ala Mhigo's monarchy (whose name eludes me at the moment), there really isn't anyone else it could possibly be other than Ilberd. He's single-mindedly determined to restore Ala Mhigo from Garlean control to the point of zealousness.
I didn't said it's impossible that the guy is Ilberd ^^ (I even though it was him at some time)It's definitely his Heavensward voice actor though in English, and it makes perfect sense, especially the 'post 3.3' questline where the player retraced their steps of their journey through 3.0, whereThere really isn't anyone else who could fit the bill.Raubahn mentioned that Lolorito told him what Ilberd had planned while Raubahn was still in captivity, that after he had executed Raubahn he was going to arm the Ala Mhigan refugees with weapons paid for by the Monetarists and, presumably, lead them on what would be a suicide mission to take back Ala Mhigo. After all, it could also be a new brand character with the same voice actor (in fact Ilberd already shared his voice with Gaius first, then Biggs, so why not another one)
I just based my thoughts on the french voice.

It's not him. His voice is deeper. And a lot more scottish.Either way, apart from the exiled heir to the throne of Ala Mhigo's monarchy (whose name eludes me at the moment), there really isn't anyone else it could possibly be other than Ilberd. ^ I think his power is probably what I think as well xD
