Time to make ourselves heard. If there was ever anything for the pvp community to come together for it is this.There’s no IL sync for this either. If we get a lot of requests, we can consider adding an IL sync later, please give us your feedback.

Implying 1vs1 was balanced in the first place. Every time that argument was brought up about dueling as such, people immediately admitted it isn't and isn't meant to be, but rather just "something" to pass the time.
Post 14 got the right of it - dueling sync isn't for balance, it's to allow it to function as tool in addition to mere entertainment.
Sync or no sync just want to have fun dueling
I want to one shot people with over powered moves and over powered gear >jk
Item level sync ^^;

You are right, this is to pass the time and not even with ilvl sync duels will be balanced for some classes, there is no sync in duels in any other game but in this game pvp content is sync and people who asked for this are people who pvp and alot of them doesnt have endgame pve gear, you dont need it for pvp content. So if you want a fair 1v1 with the same lvl of gear and just test out your skills you would have to duel nakedImplying 1vs1 was balanced in the first place. Am pretty confident that will be going on regardless lolYou are right, this is to pass the time and not even with ilvl sync duels will be balanced for some classes, there is no sync in duels in any other game but in this game pvp content is sync and people who asked for this are people who pvp and alot of them doesnt have endgame pve gear, you dont need it for pvp content. If the standard had been unsync'd in every mode of PvP, that would be one thing. Yes, dueling was always meant for fun, but this creates an additional hassle to what is supposed to be a convenient and fun way for PvP'ers to pass time. Now players are going to scramble their stuff to match in item levels, and even then not all gear slots are created equal.
Also, while I do intend on raiding in 3.4, I don't feel it earns me an advantage over people who do not.
I was super-hyped until I saw this, which is going to make it difficult to get newbies involved. Such as FC mates, non-PVP friends, etc.
Called something like this going wrong with 1v1 weeks ago. Hope they change it ASAP.
Would be nice to have no-instanced location for ilvl150 and ilvl80 sync in order to check equipment effects. Mebbe in your private chamber you could adjust ilvl?
Actually, this is bringing up another concern of mine that I almost forgot about. Does anyone know if statuses follow PvP rules or PvE rules within Wolves Den Pier? I remember that, back in the day, stuns didn't use the PvP timers on the training dummies in the WD pier area. It's not a big deal on the dummies, because most people only use them to test rotations, but it's a different story in duels. It would be seriously misleading to new players if statuses didn't work the same way in duels as they do in an actual match.
There’s no IL sync for this either. If we get a lot of requests, we can consider adding an IL sync later, please give us your feedback.![]()
