There's a special UI for spectator mode. You can see both teams, including their adrenaline gauges and cast bars etc. You can also switch between 8 fixed cameras with the press of a button.

The spectator mode that will debut in 3.4 is mainly for operational use.

You’ll need three parties to utilize the spectator mode and it has to be a custom match. Group A and B fight, group C watches. The party leader of one of the fighting parties will need to invite the spectator party.

Can be great for training in PvP, but also for people who would like to stream PvP.
Also for custom matching, you can keep practicing with the same party via a retry button at the end of the match, if you want to stay with the same party members of course.
