How to move through different Acion Bars during Battle?

1. How do you normally move though your action bars when locked on to an enemy? I can sift through them in order by pressing the down arrow when I'm targeting myself, but nothing when I'm locked-on to an enemy.

2.Is there any way to bind the 2nd and 3rd action bars to Shift and Ctrl for quick access?

Usually the target cursor has to be the 3 pointy arrow in order for you to switch action bars. If it's spinning circle, you can't select action bar. I usually turn my cursor from spinning circle into 3 pointy arrows by hitting enter key on my keyboard.

It's possible to be locking on a target but action bar is not activated.

I have disabled "auto lockon" because I usually have to TAB to change target during battle often. I found it easier to control my targeting this way.

Also, sometimes though rarely, when I'm engaged in a battle, my action bar might get "stuck" and wouldn't change no matter how I tried. This problem usually ends when I kill the current enemy and target myself, make the cursor become pointy, and try to switch action bar again.

Wish I could just skip the circle pointer and get to the pointy arrow every time. Would save a button press.

Since you can only have one Action Bar up at any time, it would be nice to have an easy way to get to the second one besides clicking the arrow to cycle through them on the Action Bar itself. It takes too long during combat.

I know they are going to allow two (or more?) action bars in UI ravamp so maybe it isn't worth fixing now.

I so don't understand why it isn't possible to scroll through your action bars by using your mouse wheel once you're hovering over it. I know, that's only a solution for keyboard + mouse users, but still. It's so annoying that I must equip all my healing spells as CNJ on the first line, because using the arrow takes too much time. It's basically the same with all classes. And these arrows are way too small anyway.

An option to have the d-pad only work for the action bar would be nice.

To tab through targets, hold A + dpad might be a decent solution, or perhaps, hold LT+RT+dpad.

I'd like to recommend an optional feature for switching action bars. The mouse scroll. Again, It'd be nice to have as an optional function, because I tend to use my mouse a lot of the time. I don't want to force that option down everyone's throats.

If we don't get multiple bars (I'm cool with that, idc), we definitely need a set of key mappings to select bars and a pair to cycle forward back.

i would love the ability to bind 2-3 bars visible during battle. it should have always been like that.

the ui is annoying enough, targetting is annoying enough, overboard delays in abilities is annoying enough. at the very least allow a customizable UI like all other games have. allow us to lock /resize, and view bars where we want and how many please. would be a huge jump forward for the ui overall.
