Any new info on apartments?

Has there been any new info on them? Size? Layout? The look?

So far we've only been given the location, price, and a view of the outside buildings. I'd wager they are the same as FC rooms, simply non-FC related.

Yes, there is a new article. Which pretty much states: Housers get fatter, and will occupy Appartments. Of which there will only be 6480 per Server.

I don't know if this is some kind of weird translation issue, but for me it is per area there are 90 appartments, so technically 270 in total ? This will end up again in no time that these appartments are gone. If you're at work or else, you just lose.

If misunderstanding, apologies. If not, I don't know what they are thinking, especially for players who actually own houses, that they are allowed as well to buy some appartment. Also people without that much gil, who really could affort some kind of housing for them finally, just get beaten by who's faster with buying :/

It's 90 per building. There's one building per ward and sunward. There are 24 wards/subwards per major city.

So that's 6480 residences
