Primal Sophia

After seeing that Sophia battle preview in the 3.4 trailer and listening to the music, it got me more motivated for the patch than before. Plus her appearance is pretty awesome imo. Pretty much beats Garuda's. Who would not enjoy that at all?

What do you think so far? Are you looking forward to battling Sophia and get her weapons? The DRK one looks pretty good though.

I wonder why Sophia looks.....so gray? Her original appearance had her skin colored like a normal person's.

Probably the developers exercising a bit of creative freedom, I notice that Sophias design as a whole is a bit different to the goddess, and I like that. Perhaps we will get more surprises in her Phase 2 that are more akin to her original appearance (like with Sephirot)

What I wonder if this is second phase music or first? Hope its first phase so it can really go all out once the fight gets even flashier.

Was hoping the floating head bit would be added in her second form, it looks kinda weird since she's so normal sized. Like she's just riding a head around for some reason. Apparently it's mechanically easier than Nidhogg, which was already super easy, so I guess it'll be at least more farmable in PF. Music is also alright.

In the Live Letter, "Battle to the Death- Heavensward" played first, so the Sophia music will most likely be 2nd phase.

I'm gonna guess the 2nd Phase theme will be called "Goddess"

I don't raid(albeit I hope to soon) so this honestly isn't something that concerned me too much.


.....until I saw her in the trailer and suddenly I was reaaaaaaaaally eager to see that fight in all of it's glory. The music, the aesthetics.... it was all awesome to me. More pumped than ever before about 3.4.
