annoying issue with new card (msi gtx 1080 gaming x)

Hi got an odd annoying issue with my char glitching/stutter. not sure how to explain it. but post video to show it. both name/and char is (jumping when walking)

did a clean install from my old gpu(gtx 780)

same issue when using frame limit or not.

others with same problem?

Nvidia official forum should be able to help you troubleshoot it. First things they will probably tell you do to is run Display Driver Uninstaller to make sure all traces of old drivers are gone, then install latest driver from Nvidia.

To be clear, you have framerate stuttering, AND you also see your character/name jumping around on the screen?
