I still fail to see other then the views how apartments are different then rooms in houses?
As when they introduced more housing recently i imagine apartments will be filled soon.
So those only able to log in after work @ night are sol

Supposedly bigger and give the opportunity for those who don't have FC / house to get access to stables and gardening in pots

* Estate sharing is not permitted with apartments. Furthermore, apartments are not subject to auto-demolition.

Also ull keep ur apartment even if u get kicked out from a FC :P

It would be nice to see the inside of the apartment, I'm guessing they'll be themed to their respective cities but are they larger than a fc private room? Also what gives with not being able to set up estate sharing with someone? Come on SE, be kind.

Exactly my thoughts...

My prediction at patch day: All apartments will be sold out within a few hours. Party Finder will be full with "Want so sell apartment for 2 million gil".

I'd jokingly said before that scalpers will be like...

'Will vacate apartment for 20 mil!'

It would be nice to see the inside of the apartment, I'm guessing they'll be themed to their respective cities but are they larger than a fc private room? Also what gives with not being able to set up estate sharing with someone? Come on SE, be kind.

Yeah, if I could share my apartment and stable access with my sister I'd just do that, now we've got to try and get both of us an apartment...

I'm almost positive I'm going to see things like this in Party Finder once 3.4 hits. Since SE likes giving them ammo for these things then punishing them for using it if someone reports.
