Somewhat surprised we haven't seen the interior yet. Hope it's a lot more than an inn room or FC room.

Same here. If it's the same size I will just get a FC room. Cheaper. :P Also hope we can have a small fish tank in FC rooms. Finally a small use for my fisher.

Well the big advantage of an Apartment so far is the Chocobo Stable. Whether or not they'll add gardening at some point remains to be seen. If the apartments are limited to 92 per unit I'm somewhat surprised they're letting home owners buy any.

Another advantage is: In an FC house, you can get kicked out of the FC, and all inside the room goes into the blender. They are actually letting those who CBA to watch for their estate get off easy, with the returning of stuff.....

Please note there is a limit of one aquarium per estate or apartment, as well as one per private chamber.

Taken from the OP's link. So yeah, you can have in an FC room as well. It's furniture, they've not really restricted furniture from houses and rooms yet.

Do we not have enough restrictions regarding furniture as is?

Hopefully, but given the low price I don't have high expectations. For it to be a few rooms, like an actual apartment, I feel like they would have charged similar to a small house plot.

It will be around the size of a average 1-man japanese apartment, I guess

I'm personally giving up my house IF I manage to snag an apartment. Give up as in no I'm not charging someone for me to give up the deed for them. My house is a medium and generally too big for me anyway.

Of course there's the issue of having to move my furniture so... yeah...

I'm more interested to see inside the apartments, I'd hope they are more interesting than the FC rooms.
