Exactly! If the Garlean forces took over Ala Mhigo and they can't naturally cast magic, shouldn't Garleans have a way of healing themselves? (Ya ya I know all about the conscripted soldiers, but would you really trust an outsider to say, lead the medical unit?) this is why I'm hoping for something like chemist, or some kind of job that Garlemalde has that drifted into Ala Mhgo with the invasion force.
