    Feast Leaderboard Updating

I propose that since SE refuses to monitor Feast in anyway other then players BM'ing eachother. They should make the leader-boards update every 10 minutes, rather then every 24hrs.

    OR

Allow us to visually examine the times in which games are being played, who participated in said game, the results of the match, and if games are currently in session. (This requires updating once the match is over, not after the 24hr update)

    (Would prefer both proposals)

Since SE will not monitor blatant win-trading in both Solo and Light Party Queue, make it easier for the players to do their jobs.

Your asking for to much, especially since a tiny tiny tiny portion of the player base does pvp and a even tinier portion does feast.

Yeah, I guess I am, I guess I should tell SE to ignore Raiding too, since like no one does it.

Well it is true with that as well. You get 4 raids every, what 6 months? The first two are majority of the time is a pushover and the last two are the actual challenging ones. People have been complaining about this for a long time, but just like the pvp community you are the small minority of the community.

    Enjoy.

The difference this time though, is that I'm asking SE to give us the tools to allow us to do what they choose to ignore entirely. Even just giving us the times in which game's are being played would help immensely.

Also, why are there so many cynics in this thread already?

Why is the moment someone attempts to improve the community, people instantly jump the gun with "Aww, that community is too small anyway, f*ck it". What exactly is the majority in this game? Is it the vast amount of people continuously trying to keep small communities like PvP and raiding to a bare minimum?

If we're meant to ignore content that isn't the two dungeons (sorry, I mean one dungeon and one reskin) that we get every 3 months, then might as well unsub now because the future is bleak.

Agreed 100% with OP. A little work towards this will save their employees a lot of work down the road in future seasons. You know, work they weren't doing anyway keeping it in check.

And then you tell SE who's wintrading and then what? If I recall correctly, they aren't exactly doing much even if you provide evidence. Heck, in Triple Triad and Verminion tournaments it's common practice to buy yourself some people to get the reward - don't think anyone even bats an eye at that over at SE's place.

You'll be much more successful simply removing the incentive to trade wins.

No, I stop the win-trading from even occurring and avoid solo queue win-trading bs. My original post clearly displays the way I feel about SE and my intent.

Taking away rewards is not the way to go.

    Aaand...how?

Do you want to sit 24/7 monitoring the leaderboard and then hopping into the wintrading games without the wintraders catching on and changing their schedule? Well have fun - if you got that much free time, you could instead just sit in the queue 24/7. Sounds about as effective as just asking the wintraders very nicely to stop.

I mean, feel free to try, but...it really sounds insane more than anything. SE has incentivized cheating, from third party programs over hacks to wintrading and you won't get rid of it without removing the incentive. It happens in triple triad, in verminion it happened in Wolves Den and I can tell you it would happen in Frontlines as well if those didn't have the GC restriction and were 8vs8 instead of 8vs8vs8.

If you really, effectively want to fight wintrading, you got the following options:
    1) Increase the playerbase so much that at no time there is a realistic chance that two people (teams) queuing at the same time can get into the same match (feel free to laugh at the very idea)
    2) Make all extrinsic rewards easily achievable by someone with no real interest in PvP (Because excellent people don't need to wintrade)
    3) Make all extrinsic rewards entirely useless outside of PvP - restricting glamours to PvP arenas only, thus making them unappealing for non PvPers
    4) Massively increase the organization required to wintrade - more people, more different teams, more restrictions. Fun for the whole family, especially the legitimate players
    5) Pray to SE to do something they haven't done since the first venue of PvP has been introduced

If you insist on trying to fix problems without addressing their actual cause, well...godspeed! See you next year in a thread about the same, damn issue.

The only thing preventing us from catching them is the lack of knowing when and who they are queuing against. The goal is to not have to sit here for 24hrs, its unrealistic. You don't have a clue the measures that have been taken to stop wintrading.

You realize I am referring to both Solo and Light Party queue correct. Of course someone who doesn't participate wouldn't care if the prestige of the rewards were to just vanish.

There have already been many attempts and threads made in the hopes of increasing the community, but they're usually tainted by cynics.
There have also been threads about the horrid matchmaking, point gain/loss, boosting, etc.
