If 3.4 follows the same trend as 3.2 and 3.0 then strong groups will be able to clear the first two fights without needing any crafted gear. However given the raid finder ilvl requirements if we also follow the same trend you would need crafted gear to even enter one of the new savage fights. To me this seems unacceptable for a group of 8 premade since SE has a trend of making ilvl requirements way higher than they need to be. For example, the ilvl requirement to enter t9 was i105 when a group of i90-i95 can down the fight. I remember when they added that requirement I wasn't able to enter fight due to ilvl requirements despite having multiple clears under my belt. I cleared a7s week 2 which would not be possible with the given ilvl requirements even though my group had the skill to do it.

Imagine for a moment that the ilvl requirement to enter a11s/a12s was i260-i265. Regardless of if your group is good enough to clear you can not even practice the fight until EVERYONE is the proper ilvl. This means that if you get no caster loot for every week in savage then you are out of luck and have to depend on tomestone gear. This is with tomestone upgrade items being limited. From my point of view this makes any strong group pretty much be REQUIRED to have alts in order to reduce rng and grow their ilvl as fast as possible regardless of their groups overall skill level. People would also spend all their tomestones on accessories so they can boost their ilvl as fast as possible, regardless of if it was a good idea to do so or not.

This topic has been going around communities for awhile now and I really hope SE does not make the mistake of introducing an ilvl requirement on the new savage fights. They said that the new fights would be added to raid finder from here on out. I am personally a fan of removing all ilvl requirements however I do not see that happening any time soon sadly but at least remove it for a group of premade 8 or give us an option to enter at whatever ilvl we want.

Last thing to note is that this raid tier is suppose to be easier than previous raid tiers. I personally think Midas was just fine but if its true that its easier than I see many groups being able to clear below SE's suggested ilvl. Even more of a reason that they need to remove it for premade groups.
