    Despise the excuse they are feeding us being let people catch up, I'm pretty sure the reason you have less frequent veteran rewards is because of Mog Station. Typical business practice, first reel you in with amazing rewards, giving you the illusion the game is very generous. Then slowly take perks away and make them cost money. Play other SE's games on your phone, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
