FATE Music

I know this has probably been brought up before since 2.0, but would it be possible to not have FATE music start playing unless you are at the right level/synced down, on a battle class, and or have aggro on a fate mob? Trying to gather mats and some nodes are right in the middle of FATEs. The music going in and out from FATE to normal gets old really fast as you run around the area gathering. The background music is amazing in this game and sometimes you just want to relax with it while gathering...until a FATE spawns on you that is.

I've brought this up before too. It gets annoying running around on a level 60 looking for hunt mobs using a mount which I enjoy it's music, only to have it cut out over and over again because I ran through a lvl 5 FATE.
