After seeing the pictures I am now glad they released the Emperor's Set a while back. Getting tired of "new" armor sets that look worse than the old ones.... Someone gimme some glamour/armor we can actually use!

I can already say that I will stick with my current glamour for all my jobs if the new dungeon gear isn't going to look atlast decent. Those new tome gear pieces look really dull to me.
Probably they'll look better once we can dye them but right now I'm not excited at all![]()
Not very hyped about those ones, i rather get the other one (crafted or 24 man raid maybe ?) but hey, i'll glamour over it so....
Although iI like the NIN/PUG one, looks simple and yet very elegant
People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.

Everytime I look at the new designs... "new" being a little subjective in this case, it makes me want for a little more freedom to aesthetic choice. My most favorite look is certainly from SWTOR, making a Bounty Hunter look like a Jedi/Sith (brown robe/cloak with hood, Malgus respirator, Jedi armor, etc). In XI now, they let you officially glamour almost anything you want, as long as you own it and you have a job leveled that can use it (I think). I can freely set the visuals a Sha'ir Manteel and the turban, BRD only equips, on my BLU if I wanted. Before, we'd have to .dat swap to do that, but only the active player would see it, not others lol.
Obviously, asking for the ability to glamour on PLD AF to a BLM might be asking a bit much, it'd still be kinda fun to see. Vanity is extremely more apparent in this game to be its endgame among the player base, so the potential would be very entertaining to say the least.

Now that I think of it the Aiming set looks somewhat similar (shape-wise) to Ironworks robe of healing
