Give some love to the smaller servers!

Due to there being no cap on the size of the large servers, small servers like Goblin have been getting smaller and smaller in recent days due to people transferring and their friends going as well to follow them making our server go froma medium size, to small. This has really put a strain on many of the hardcore players in the community. If you are looking for a place to transfer or wanting a new start , please consider Goblin, or some of the other smaller servers like Mateus, Coeurl and Zalera to keep our communities thriving.

Having more people on the Coeurl server would be a beautiful and glorious thing!
I've been trying to do PVP, in major hopes of obtaining that pretty fox tail, but I can never get it to go through. Please people... help the smaller servers get these pretty fox tails! lol

I feel like my best decision was to go where my friends are on Cactaur. It's not populated to the point of being overwhelming but full enough to have activity where it needs it. It's a nice Goldilocks zone for me personally

I'm with you guys, Coeurl at times just feels dead unless you go to any of the 3 major cities or Idle-shire.... and even then it's pretty empty at times once you get away from the aether plaza.

I'd very much like SE to implement some kind of Mega-Server/Sever Cluster that bunches together smaller sized servers to other less populated servers so their worlds can be more lively, unfortunately i don't know how likely that is.

Another Coeurl-ite here. The server feels dead unless you're in Limsa or Idyllshire. Even then at certain times there's barely anyone there. I miss how it was when the game first came out and everything was bustling. I really wish they'd give players some sort of incentive to play on one of the smaller servers so we can become decently populated.

Easy Solution to make empty Servers populated would be that Square Enix puts a Experience Increase Buff on new People who start on dead Servers. Once the Server exceeds a Number of Active Players, the Buff will Drop.

The only Way to attract People on different Servers is if those have a slight Advantage over the other Servers.

The new character restrictions can also get people onto smaller servers. But...how do you keep them there? It seems like any advantage would need to be long running else people will just transfer later anyway.

I'm from Coeurl and I actually transferred there from a busy server. I didn't like the toxic atmosphere as well as it felt just as lonely with all these people around cause no one spoke unless it was a malicious nature. Now I do admit that coeurl can feel empty at times but I've met some wonderful people there. The community is great. Whenever a new patch comes out the hustle-bustle comes back but that's for every server.
So I guess yes, it could use more but overall I'm happy with the people who are there. To each there own though.

    Leveling is easy honestly.
Buffing won't help. People tend to go to where places have people and get away from bots and all...
Places like Zalera for example was a last minute server on 2.0 so of course it's kinda dead.
Probably ran to hell with bots/rmts.
What they need to do is start merging servers.
