I thought that dated gear recipes would be taken out in 1.20?

This would mean that local leve's would have to be redone along with Alchemy, Goldsmithing, and Cooking. Is there something I'm missing in the patch notes or was this left out?


Reason I say this is that for things like Alchemy and other crafts there is 1 or sometimes no rank 50 leve, I'd like to be able to do local leves to level up but it's brutal as is.
