The most I can get is 112 Output for the offhand (114 is possible if you have access to LL GC items), and I think I need something like 116ish to get 8
Main Hand tool = +82 Output
Off Hand tool = +58 Output

Woolen Artisan Apron = +30 Output
Woolen Slops = +10 Output
Felt Work Gloves = +15 Output
Raptorskin Workboots= +13 Output
Linen Halfapron = + 7 Output

Total Output-main/off= 75 (+2 if you go with the Lominsan Slops)

75 + 58 (off hand tool) = 133 Output (+2 if you go with the Lominsan Slops)
75 + 82 (main hand) = 157 Output (+2 if you go with the Lominsan Slops)
