Quest Map Problems

So, when I logged on today to do some more story quests to get to the expansion content, I discovered a problem.

When I go to the journal, and click the map button, it just takes me to the main map, the quest icons on still in the map, but the map button does not take me to where I need to be.
So basically, the game is half-unplayable until I get this resolved because I don't know where anything is.
The problem is the same on all of the quests.

So is there a setting I accidently messed with, or a way to hard reset the game, or something else?

I have tried restarting the game, restarting my computer. Uninstall/reinstall will be next.
