Getting my old gaming profile back?

Hi i played FFxiv for 2 years ago and i came back and want to play with my old profile "Falcon Borat" when i logged in with my account username and password it was all wiped off i made a user few days ago named FalcoNy boras.

If it's on the lodestone, it's still there.

I would have said make sure you're on the right data center (from main menu, then Chaos for Ragnarok), but since you created a character on the same server I don't think that's it as you would see them when you go to log in.

It's worth trying that anyway though as maybe you have more than one service account and they're on another one (if you do when you click "Data Center" it'll ask which service account to use). Or failing that, it suggests it's actually not on this account at all and you need to use the login credentials for that account.

If you log into the Mogstation ( https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/mogstation/ or link from the launcher) it'll show all characters on the account very easily. If you still can't find them, you'll need to contact Square Enix, unfortunately these forums are just for players to help other players so we can't assist with that.

But like I said above, if it's on the lodestone, it's definitely still in the game!
