As already mentioned, checking your character, the main issue is probably you using level 50 gear when you're level 59. As a tank, having up-to-date gear is even more crucial than for other roles since not having the Vitality lowers your HP and makes you harder to heal, and not having up-to-date weapon makes it much harder for you to keep hate from monsters. Is that what's happening, you losing HP fast and the enemies running after your party members? How about are you comfortable with using your damage reducing cooldowns? How about pulling and placing groups fast and effectively?

He's just started the HW content, so the gear isn't an issue yet. Might want to look into upgrading at least the main hand to Augmented soon.

But get into a dungeon with some FC mates and have them judge you. Ask them for tips and look up some tanking guides if you haven't already.
