I don't what's the problem with people on Mateus, but would YOU tell me WHY I'm getting kick out of dungeon ??? Could you tell me WHAT I'm doing wrong, I want to learn and play but being kicked out just before a boss fight is simply frustrating

It's not just Mateus, you're being matched with the entire data center (Aether) which consists of more than ten different servers, most of which are bigger than yours.

General tips for tanking: if people are taking damage from random mobs, it means you aren't keeping aggro effectively with your skills or need to update your gear to generate enough threat. If you aren't using defensive cooldowns appropriately, the healer will not be able to DPS in between healing you.

Let me just throw this last part in here: If you're in Sword Oath during a mob pull, and you can't even keep aggro, I will be ecstatic to kick you. I've had Paladins who refused to use tank stance and did not respond at all to my request for Shield Oath so that I wouldn't be constantly casting Benefic II in order to keep the tank barely alive. As you said though, nobody's telling you what issues they're having/why they're kicking you, so they would be in the wrong.

I can only speculate, but it was likely an FC bud wanted their daily, so they kicked you (who is the tank, judging by your current gear) with the hope that their bud could pop in a steal your tomes/exp/money.

Also, DF pulls players from multible servers, not just yours.

While some of those speculations already mentioned seem kinda valid to me, could you give us an example about a situation that resulted in you being kicked?

If you say you want to "learn" - does that mean you have a general idea about how to play your role and what you have to do as a tank? (I dont wanna seem rude, but I've seen to many 50+ tanks NOT knowing their jobs and at that point I consider it pretty legit to kick a tank who hasnt discovered how to generate aggro in general and aggro on multiple mobs especially)

If this a a reoccurring problem for you OP, I would suggest asking a FC mate that plays your class to come with you to a dungeon and critique your play style, you can learn a lot from another player and it will take pressure off you.

Other then that, have you done the novice quests? (The ones that award you with lvl 15 black coloured armor) And are you able to use the Novice network?
There is also a lot of nice videos on youtube directing you how to play individual jobs more efficiently/ general tips.

Ask for tank tips in the game or your fc. If you are getting kicked from dungeons then you need to find out why, or play a dps class for one dungeon and see how another tank does a dungeon

This. And if possible have them in voice chat so they can talk to you in real time. It's much easier to critique and learn this way if you are having issues.

If you are using lvl 50 gear in close to a lvl 60 dungeon thats one of the big issues. Lots of people are kicked from groups due to gear and being a tank you need to keep updated gear more than any other role. Farm previous dungeons for some better gear or make a PF asking for a crafter who can make HQ gear around your lvl for a decent price. Though if you are doing HQ quests you should be getting HQ gear as you progress.

As already mentioned, checking your character, the main issue is probably you using level 50 gear when you're level 59. As a tank, having up-to-date gear is even more crucial than for other roles since not having the Vitality lowers your HP and makes you harder to heal, and not having up-to-date weapon makes it much harder for you to keep hate from monsters. Is that what's happening, you losing HP fast and the enemies running after your party members? How about are you comfortable with using your damage reducing cooldowns? How about pulling and placing groups fast and effectively?
