I think raise macros are useless in general (by the time any half-decent healer reads your text they've already at LEAST used Swiftcast, if not outright cast the rez themself), but they're just plain obnoxious when someone insists on cluttering them with "clever" text that you then have the misfortune of trying to ignore for the rest of the run.
