Hi all,
I thought I read CUL was supposed to get updated recipes with this patch last week. Maybe I was wrong. Does anyone know if they just missed us again, or if I just misread when we'll see an update?

I thought CUL, ALC and GLD were all supposed to have recipe revamps this patch but nothing was mentioned about it. They also didn't mention anything about accessory slot cost being abolished which was supposed to accompany to the GLD changes. Perhaps it'll be in a sub patch of 1.20. We can already see the trend that crafters and gatherers are taking a back seat to battle changes, so I'm not totally surprised. :/

Yeah, I'm not surprised either...I was just excited to finally have new recipes and maybe have something to craft people buy and enjoy. It's more the complete silence on CUL, GLD ,and ALC updates that bothers me more than being told 'next patch.'

Culinarians and alchemists have received almost nothing from these crafting changes. It's really, really annoying.

well in the alchemist forum the mods said that GSM and ALC recipe revamps are being slated for 1.21, I'm assuming same goes for cooking ; ;

At the very least they could allow us to stack food to 99..

Patience CULS, right now food is so useless its not even funny. Prioritizing the battle changes is fine and I'm sure CUL and food will get a much needed boost soon enough. My cooking is at 36 and probably staying there till there are things worth cooking..although I do see some legendary fish being released soon maybe we can cook it!!!

Food isn't really useless we'll just have to see how "potent" it is with this patch in comparison to our beefed up hp and mp pools. But if you eat mag acc food, you're mag acc does increase, you eat food that raises hp/mp and your hp/mp will increase. Its not great, but its nice. I'll take my little chocolate cake over no chocolate cake. What makes the food more useless is the divine thing based on level, gender, race, and such. That's retarded. To get the maximum bonus for food you would have to be the right race and level, level i'm ok with if you post it on the food. But everyone should get an equal stat change from food, its not fair to make people eat a lower level food that's part fish so they can get a divine food bonus and get more than the food their level.
