PlayStation 4 Pro has been announced today @ Sony's live press conference.
How will it work if I decide to start using a PS4PRO? how will I transfer my data macros etc? From my PS4 to PS4PRO?

I think it would probably be the same as the transfer from ps3 to ps4. On the login screen on the bottom was an option to upload your systems data to their server or psn server. Then on the new system in the login screen click on the same option but this time to download. Not sure if you will need to buy the game again though.
Edit: Eh, misread the OP.
Carry on.
What the guy above me said, though about buying the game you almost certainly won't have to - it's an upgrade within the current console generation rather than a jump to a new console generation (and PS4 Pro will play all PS4 games anyway), so it's just a matter of downloading the game on the new console.

There should be no transferring. As PS3 and PS4 run on different networks. Where PS4 and PS4pro should run on the same PSN..
It's the same network (as you can see through purchases and trophies, provided you're logging into the same PSN account). The difference is that PS3 save game files are formatted differently than PS4 save game files so can't simply be transferred across from one to the other. But from a regular PS4 to a PS4 Pro, it's the same format, so should work.
Indeed, PSN is PSN, whether PS3, PS4, PS4Pro, PSP, PS Vita or whatever else. The only difference between PS3/PS4 with FFXIV is the licensing for PS4 as a separate platform vs PS3. PS4 Pro is just an enhanced PS4, but it is still a PS4 in terms or licensing. It's the same network (as you can see through purchases and trophies, provided you're logging into the same PSN account). Since macros etc. are saved as a local save file, I'd guess you will just put your save file on an USB stick or store it inside the PSN Cloud if you have PS+ and download it on your PS4 Pro. PS4 Pro is just a normal PS4 with more power so it will just be like buying a new PS4.
The only way I can see you having to buy a new copy is if they release a Pro version. If all current ps4 games are supported then it should be as simple as redownloading it.
Player
It should be the same as if you were transferring from one PS4 to another PS4. Backup save data to USB or cloud, restore on new device.
