I think it's suppose to but it has to be very minor because I never notice any differences.

Right now, I think the only time your patron diety has any affect is during the marriage questline, and even then it's miniscule.


Hopefully, they go into deeper detail on the Twelve and their individual cults. Right now, the two sects with the most revealed detail are Halone and Nald'thal, both of which are doubly unique in that we have actual churches we can visit for both gods.

Seems you get a massive +2 to your deity's element, -2 to your deity's element's weakness, and +1 to the element your deity's element is strong against.
