like, i totally understand what you are saying. but the specs clearly state a SATA 3 operating interface. even if they don't have any other improvements, just that alone should allow for faster loads times. at least, in most games and most certainly FFXIV.Interface speed and SSD performance are not going to change because of a clock bump on the PS$ APU. Not sure why you think that they would. Ignorance is one thing, being belligerent about it is quite another.
Boost mode is a 10% upclock vs regular PS4. It doesn't magically unlock a speed doubler, it doesn't grant access to the other half of the GPU. The reality is that for games that are bottlenecked, a 10% overclock could be the grease that let's it work, while for others is's just a 10% clock bump and they're frame rate locked in any case.
