[Transferring from PS4 to PS4 PRO] How?

There should be no transferring. As PS3 and PS4 run on different networks. Where PS4 and PS4pro should run on the same PSN..

It's the same network (as you can see through purchases and trophies, provided you're logging into the same PSN account). The difference is that PS3 save game files are formatted differently than PS4 save game files so can't simply be transferred across from one to the other. But from a regular PS4 to a PS4 Pro, it's the same format, so should work.

Indeed, PSN is PSN, whether PS3, PS4, PS4Pro, PSP, PS Vita or whatever else. The only difference between PS3/PS4 with FFXIV is the licensing for PS4 as a separate platform vs PS3. PS4 Pro is just an enhanced PS4, but it is still a PS4 in terms or licensing.
