It follows sad news, which reached the German Community on Facebook today.
I will try to translate, but before sorry for my bad English.

Heute mal etwas eher ernstes und trauriges.....
Today I have some hard and sad thing to tell u....

Durch so ein Spiel wie Final Fantasy lernt man viele Leute kennen, mit vielen freundet man sich an und erlebt tolle DInge. Man hat gemeinsam Spass.
By playing a game like Final Fantasy you get to know many people, some of them also become friends of you and together you go for some cool adventures and fun.

Freya zum Beispiel lief eine Zeitlang immer mit denselben Leuten die täglichen Experten Dungeons. Kibo Dragovian war die eine Person, Jawana Denma die andere.
Es war immer lustig und ich hab mich täglich darauf gefreut.
Freya for example was going many times with same other chars into daily extreme dungeons of the game. Kibo Dragovian was one of this two guys and Jawana Denma the other. It was cool time and I was glad about it every day.

Nun....vor kurzer Zeit kam mir etwas zu Ohren, das sich leider als wahr herausgestellt hat: Der Spieler hinter Jawana Denma ist gestorben. Leider. Ich weiss wohl das wie und wann....aber das tut hier nichts zur Sache.
So...Some days ago I heard something, and I was sad about it, because it was true. The gamer who played Jawana Denma died. I know how it happened, but that's got nothing to do with it here.

Fakt ist, das ich traurig und geschockt zugleich war als ich es hörte. Man kennt diese Leute zwar nur virtuell.....aber das macht solche Bekanntschaften ja nicht weniger wertvoll.
Fact is, that I became very sad and shocked as I heared it. You know some people only in the virtual reality of the game, but this makes such acquaintances no less valuably.

Ich habe mir nun überlegt, das es doch etwas geben müsste, was man machen könnte um sich zu verabschieden. Etwas, um dem sympathischen Spieler dahinter die "letzte Ehre" zu erweisen.
Now I have considered that there would have to be, nevertheless, something what we could do for saying goodbye. Something to prove the "last honour" to the likeable player behind it.

Er war in einer Gilde und auch im Kontaktkreis "FB Plauderecke", und er kannte bestimmt (wie jeder von uns MMO-Spielern) auch sonst jede Menge Leute.
Es gibt diesen Weg, denke ich. Einen Weg, speziell für die Leute auf Shiva, die Jawana kannten und mochten.
He was in a guild and also in the linkshell "FB Plauderecke", and he knew certainly (how each of MMO players) many many people out there.
There is this way, I think. A way, especially for the people on Shiva, the Jawana knew and liked him.

Freya Warmherz wird Jawana Denma gedenken.
Sie wird Freitag Abend von 20 - 21 Uhr im Amphitheater in Gridania (Mih Khettos Amphitheater) auf einer der Bänke sitzen und würde sich sehr freuen, wenn der ein oder andere Spieler von Shiva ihr dort Gesellschaft leisten würde um dem Spieler hinter Jawana auch zu gedenken.
Freya Warmherz will think to Jawana Denma.
She comes Friday evening from 20 - 21 o'clock in the amphitheatre in Gridania and sit on one of these benches. It would be glad, if one or two of the other players of Shiva also come to her.

Ich fände es unheimlich schön, wenn die Spieler die Jawana kannten die Zeit fänden und sich dort versammeln würden. Natürlich gerne auch Leute, die Jawana nicht kannten aber vielleicht trotzdem einem Mitspieler das letzte Geleit geben wollen.
Wir sind eine Gemeinschaft. Und auch wenn sich der Grossteil nur virtuell kennt verbindet so etwas, denke ich.
I would be happy to know if the players who knew Jawana will spend this bit of their time to come together. Of course every one, also this players who only want to give another player the last escort, are invited to come.
We are a community. And it doesn't matter if we only know us in a virtual world, is there a chain between us, I think.

Also: Ich freue mich über jeden der während dieser Zeit dort auftaucht und vielleicht innehält um dem Spieler hinter Jawana Denma zu gedenken.

P.S.: Das heutige Bild ist keinesfalls geschmacklos gemeint. Ich bin wirklich traurig über diese Nachricht und die Figur Freya Warmherz ist halt der Charakter, der mit Jawana Denma spielte.

I've experienced the same. A player by the in-game name of Shoto Dragon (Excalibur) also passed some time ago. I didn't know him personally, but since the introduction of Hunts back in the 2.0 timeframe I'd talk to him almost daily while leading hunting parties on the dedicated TS server they had set up, and that expanded into running things like roulettes.

Whether in-game, or in real life, it's always uncomfortable saying the final goodbye to a friend.
