'checks OP post' ah fair statement a "Green leaf" isn't always a real "Newbie", its a clasification that this avatar has only under X time or X achievement points in-game, that said will seeing said "leaf" naturally cause a need to be helpful/nice from "Everyone"? Nope, why cause everyones different & good luck trying to "Force/demand" ppl do such a thing (some will intentionally ignore or do different just cause u are being forceful)

Personally I'll give advice on boss mech apon request or a Wipe caused by such things & will note if they arn't using an "Aura" (MNK flame fist, PLD Shield oath, etc) if it is nessesary or might benifit them (Tank's). Thou gear can be a problem I do ask why some ppl wear the wrong accessory's per class or why their gear is so much lower then needed, however if it is possible I shall try to at lest get them threw the instance (Specificly a dungeon) as it may drop them a replacement item.
