I'm a new player, and it's not this that makes it hard. Everyone that I've run into while leveling that has had it rough brought it on THEMSELVES.

I started as a Gladiator. I did my research on tanking and my class. I learned about Paladin, and leveled Conjurer and Marauder for cross-class skills. I did the Hall of the Novice.

Why? Because I don't want to struggle and die because I was too lazy to put in the work. All the time and energy I spent doing homework was time spent NOT WIPING IN DUNGEONS.

I look up fights because I need to know how they work. I need to know what I'm getting into so I can help others and lead the fights.

If you die to a mechanic, it is YOUR fault. If you don't know how to play your class, it is YOUR fault.

I have no pity for other new players who can't be bothered to help themselves.
