    GM feedback - where do I post this?

    After reporting something to a GM, I got:

    If you'd like to leave any feedback regarding my service, the game or anything in between, please feel free to visit our official forums at http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forum.php.

    But where exactly in this forum do I post my feedback? It isn't so clear.

    In the feedback section, there is only website feedback.

    Do the in-game GMs manage the forums too? Is it the same job/role?

    Well, okay, I do not want to name names, but it just felt like the GM experience was very rushed, as if they want to get it over and done with. Lots of copy and pasted script.

    The LGM Enkrateia is present but I don't think the GMs function as moderators on the board too.

    The GMs do also moderate the forums. With most of the moderation they do, they are actually not very visible, but they do occasionally post replies to threads when it's appropriate. They actually draw my attention to topics that I respond to most of the time that I do that.
