This game needs a paging system to replenish members

So, second time today during my leveling system, people are abandoning, and it's gotten me very frustrated. I know people are not fond of the idea of increasing the abandon penalty (I would personally implement no bonuses or a 3 hour reque cool down). So then you ask people in your FC to join in progress, but of course, everyone's busy so you're just sitting on your ass waiting for some random person to maybe que in progress.

What I want to suggest is a system that sends out a page to anyone who wants to put themselves on call to join in progress. For helping, they could get an exp bonus or a tome bonus or something. I think this system would greatly decrease the wait time for someone waiting to replenish members.

Make the duty finder list display next to each duty if there is a party that needs a replacement and show the icons of what roles are needed to fill that party. Then offer tome or gil bonus for whoever fills the need when the duty is completed.

Wouldn't that mean more people would fish for in progress duties for the sake of bonuses? It could cause queue times to shoot up for people who need/want to do duties from the beginning.

Do right there what the mentor system did wrong. Make it a vonlunteer thing, enough people want to help, and if you don't give out a bonus for it it won't be abused.

...Asking LSs/FC is basically a manual version of this. An opt in channel/broadcast/etc that announces a duty in need would be pretty cool.

I have to say the most annoying thing is when a FC member asks for someone to join them, you que up and end up in the wrong party's dungeon. Correct dungeon, wrong group. Horrible. That could be something to add in if what the OP suggested ever came to be.

What is frustrating is when you queued for In Progress, assuming you'd go to the first in progress and that party would automatically get priority...... and you end up joining a brand new group at the beginning instead.

Then, however, you are able to leave and reque, because you are not getting a penalty for leaving a dungeon if you entered through in progress queue. Maybe alongside that specify your language options to get baited into your friends group.

...Hmm. Are you sure about this? My understand was that in progress queues were penalized the same was as normal queues -- if the party/duty is full, you'll take a 30 minute penalty leaving, no penalty otherwise.

Curious about that as well. The moral side of me would be having a dilemma leaving though. I hate leaving people out in the cold.
