would be possible have armor have ability pulled the hoods on robes and stuff and pulled down hoods

I dont think they would do it, It would require them to go back in and edit the models for every single robe in the game.. (Adding a hood version for robes with a hood down, and removing the hoods from the cowels..)

That's way too much work for this team to do. Also probably ps3 limitations because why not.
