Noobie PVP help

I'm on the trial version and this game is very different from all the Korean MMOs I've played before, so I've some questions.

I just got to Wolf's Den and read what the NPCs had to say and sell, so have some questions.

1) what rank would I need to acquire ilvl 100 PVP gear, how many wolf den games is that?
2) would I have to maintain my rank in order to wear the gear if it's projected/glamoured?
3) Is there a solo-only queue?
4) what are the top pvp classes or meta right now?
5) Do I have to join a FC or GC to play PVP? If not, are there any benefits of doing so?
6) Are there any PVP FC's on Midgardsomr who are recruiting?

1. Gear has no rank requirement anymore (sadly) wolves den is dead you better off trying lv 60 pvp and its actual pretty fast these days since the cost got reduced
2. you only get your rank resetted if u switch gc but since they removed rank requirement no you dont have to maintain
3. you should queue either field of glory (8vs8vs8 /24vs24vs24) or feast ranked 4vs4 any other mode is dead (recommend to do frontlines first cause a ranked mode as a completely first timer isnt a good)
4. all are fine except drk and maybe smn
5. you have to be in a gc and always will around lv20 you have to decide for one (you can change later every 2 weeks though) it only decide in frontlines in which team you are
6. idk Im not on your server

how long is each PVP season?

It seems like Balmung and Gilgamesh got all the PVPers based off the ladder.

Just to be clear, there is PvP Rank that is like a PvP level - 50 ranks in total. When you rank up you get points to enhance your PvP-specific abilities. You get PvP Exp from playing PvP matches.

There is also a "Rank" in the sense that there is a ladder. This is a separate rank, and gives no actual in game bonuses other than appearance items at the end of each season.

Seasons last about three months.

If you are looking for level 50 PvP then you are out of luck. Nobody does level 50 PvP anymore (The Fold). All of the PvP is level 60 - including ranked (aka ladder) PvP which takes place in The Feast.

6) Are there any PVP FC's on Midgardsomr who are recruiting?

You're not likely to find a PvP oriented FC. Most players in this game focus on the PvE aspect of the game. The most hardcore of which do extreme or savage level content. PvP is a much smaller community. You'd be better off looking for a PvP Linkshell to join instead. Try posting a recruitment request in the party finder. Tweak it so that you're not actually recruiting anyone and type a message in the description saying, 'I'm interested in PvP and am looking for an active LS to join. Send me a PM if you have space.' If you manage to get into Front Line matches, you should try asking around in those as well. If you STILL don't have any luck, then just wait until 3.4 and hit up the dueling pit. I don't know how popular it will be on your world, but you might get lucky and find some people to join or form a LS with.
