MNK Gear 57?

Hello everyone i was wondering what gear i should be using right now. I'm 57 MNK Story Line Progress is at Mountaintop Diplomacy, Current Gear is Augment Ironwork Gear including Weapon What should i be using / wearing right now? ( Also Weapon)

Gear from The Vault (level 57 dungeon) or just check the Market Board for whatever level 56 gear is available for Monk.

Until you hit 60 you don't really need to overthink your gear. Even then, there isn't a vast array of options, you usually just want the highest available iLevel.

And augmented ironworks I130 can easily get you from 50 to 60

No point in wasting money on the market board. You can run the highest level dungeon if you want but the side quests in what ever the current zone you're in will have gear equal to the dungeons. The main story should also be giving you new gear. The last and simplest option is to just buy the gear from vendors. Each heavenward zone sells gear starting from level 50 in ishgard. You'll find level 56 gear in the churning mists and level 58 gear in idyllshire. These vendors provide everything other than accessories
