1 flexibility is good, bad players will always be bad

2 not much, there are bad apples here and there and you may get less than optimal runs but most should be pretty silent and dramaless

3 ask them if they wanna try the hardest content. it seems to me they aren't all into the hard stuff so i don't know if they actually would like it but you never know the game seems harder at first when you don't have much experience on your job or overall mechanics in the game.

4 everyones to blame, it's easy to point fingers, but impossible to make everyone happy.
