    SCH looking for 3.4 Progression Static

    Long time player with lots of experience with progression and raiding looking for a group for 3.4.

    Came back to the game a couple weeks ago and cleared 5-7S last week. I'm on PST time and can raid every day come progression.

    Hey there, are you still looking for a group and willing to transfer? I am looking for a Scholar,


    We are a Hyperion based group with experience from A7S MGR up to Winged Justice in A8s. We are planning to start raid around 4:30PM PST(7:30PM EST) and raid for about 3 to 4 hours (TBD) with a break in between. Current days will be, but are not limited to, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Weekends are open if the group is able to raid; however, not many are available during these days.
    We are not progressing for world firsts but to clear things at a reasonable pace. We accept players who are from other servers and are willing to transfer to fit the group. We can provide you an FC with FC raid buffs, If you believe you can meet these requirements, we need this from you:
    -Know your Job and role within the group. We need people that know how to play their jobs under pressure and not panic to mechanics. Know when to focus damage and when to focus mechanics to be able to clear the content.
    -Take criticism! During raid, we expect you to take instructions and criticism, as well as you sharing your views with us. It's team work after all and if nobody communicates there wont be progress.
    -Be Accessible (Discord/TS required) Have means to communicate outside of the game. Steam, Skype, Discord. Just never disappear or don't give heads up if you cannot make it to raid. Remember, 7 others depend on you and your punctuality. We strive to start on time to maximize our raid time and progression, we know everyone has lives outside of the game and don't want to eat up personal time not allotted to raid.
