Constant FFXIV Crashing - anyone else?

Anyone having issues with the game crashing? Every time I login, the client crashes. I know 4 other people with this issue

yep I am one of those..log in and then after a few minutes crashes....then I log in back again then crashes again and then is all fine...no more crashes....happens daily.. not sure what that is

Any recent graphics card driver updates?

Antivirus?

Windows updates?

FFXIV doesn't have a file checker in the patch utility, which I wish was included. It may have to reinstall the game and see if you get better results. If you haven't already, I'd also adjust graphics options. Certain GPUs could possibly not be handling a game feature properly. I've personally had issues with AMD cards when I didn't turn on the LOD settings to lower graphics in certain areas.

^^Yep, and it's not just AMD. Although my cards can handle the game at very high settings I've found that lowering a few of the settings has helped with the random crashes. On a single player game the occational crash wouldn't bother me but keeping other players waiting is a no go.
