    Inactive free company

    My free company has recently become completely inactive, aside from myself and my fiance. We've considered leaving to start our own, but our leader is also inactive. My question is, what happens if we do? I know leadership is passed automatically after 35 days, but what if there are no active members that meet the requirements for leadership?
