I would spend my ESO's for relic as soon as possible. The relic items are going to develop a conflict again with lore bring good for both gear and relic. Now most people don't really use esoterics to gear up so using them for relic is an easy choice. They'll uncap Lore gear with the new tomes. It was a hard choice last go around cause i had so many roles to gear.
