My plan is to spend Eso when it comes to Umbrite. I don't there will be a favorable change to that cost with the tomestone change. But I am currently hoarding Lore in anticipation of being able to spend Lore on Umbrite soon. As for the Aether Oil? I would just go with the weekly quest given the Umbrite situation. I think I bought 1 or 2 Aether Oil for PLD relic months ago when I didn't have much use for Eso. But I was not about to spend that much Eso on SMN relic given Umbrite.
