That's pretty irrelevant, since once you have cleared the final boss of a current raid tier it's fairly easy and not too time consuming to clear it again. Working your way to be able to do that is a big challenge and you need to have a real drive, but farming it is a way to do something as a group - though it becomes mindless pretty quickly.
