    Scarfs and Hoodies
    Rewards for brave adventurers (not every player wants to do story or quest)

    You misunderstand me somehow baby> what i mean to day is that the parties in the dungeon or duty finder could benefit from having additional hands, like Alchemist throwing or healing with potions or crafters with ballista creations and device making skills, please read deeply before you say something like that.     This might seem harsh, but most of your ideas have already been mentioned in the past by the development team as to why they will not be introduced, and some are just common sense as to the potential problems they would cause if they were. As a start:

    SE already tried introducing group content with Disciples of the Hand and Land with Diadem and.. that did not go down too well with the player community. Thus I doubt SE will bother with this experiment again (although to be honest your idea sounds like Hamlet Defense from 1.0... which has long since been scrapped).

    Although this seems an interesting way of adding interest and a simple way of increasing the challenge to a dungeon, some may consider this unnecessarily complicating things, so I don't see it being used sadly.

    This most definitely will not be coming - 1.0 had visible belts that changed appearance depending on what belt you were equipped with, only for it to be scrapped coming in ARR, and the reason SE gave was because it actually restricted equipment design and complicated development in that each piece of gear had to be designed so that it wouldn't clip on each other and look strange. Removing changeable belt appearance allowed more variety in body armour which we are already seeing in ARR. It's one of those situations where you can't have your cake and eat it too.

    Thus, for this same reason, we will not see capes, backpacks, scarves and the like on your character, as the requirements to ensure it all doesn't clip on every piece of gear in the game would just eat into development times too much.

    Uh, I'm not sure I understand what you asking for here - do you mean rewards for just doing battles? You already get lore tomes and stuff for running dungeons/trials which you can get more powerful gear for.

    Please don't take this the wrong way, but why are you even playing a FF game for? FF games are RPGs first and foremost, and have always had an emphasis on story development over gameplay. FFXIV is no different, even as a MMORPG (as was it's MMORPG predecessor FFXI). Reading is thus considered pretty much a requirement to play them (I remember it was a common complaint made against FFVII back when that was first released in 1997, that those unfamiliar with JRPGs at the time did not like having to read to play it). If you're expecting a game which is mindless button mashing and beating things up for no reason, then sadly you will be disappointed as this game will always be story-centric.

    Again if it seems like I was being harsh or nasty I'm really sorry. My point is though that your ideas have already either been stated as not going to happen by the development team, or will not occur because of how the game is designed. Of course improvements can always be made (and SE welcomes ideas), but a little reality check is needed here.

    You like chewing through the same content over and over again? Play another year and say that again.

    OP: The FF servers are not exactly great at handling load so stuff like capes adds extra load to them and would cause more lag. Also, we have enough people whining about clipping already (who cares?) so no, more fodder for that discussion is not necessary.
    Torches: The game is not very dark. Just raise your gamma if you are having issues (not sure if you can in case you are on PS)
    DoL/DoH: If you were to refer to SEPARATED content that only these classes can access I say yes. Mixed doesn't work as some DoM/DoW will ALWAYS discriminate DoL/DoH as lazy etc. That being said, we have the game relying too much on DF already, let's not make it any worse. DoL/DoH are easy enough to lvl. I can't imagine any content for them that can't be done with Leves or quests.

    As for "Less reading more action", I politely disagree. I would say "MORE READING (what your community wants) and then action based on that."

    This game needs content that doesn't force people to group up all the time. Playing an MMO does not mean you get forced to be with people that you don't know, for a dungeon you don't like just to never see them again (as if you would want to anyway....)
