To answer your question is was the greatest live raid we could have asked for.
GM was present.
Death was present.
Challenges was present.




Let's spice things up abit though. I've showed you guys nothing but bunch of players vs 1 monster. that's boring.. Here.. Try running away from this.

Now let's just say you and everyone managed to kill.. At best 5 Magitek armor within 1hour.. And i can say is.. Turn around and look behind you..


People were fighting everywhere... I mean everywhere... U'ldah... Gridania... Limsa.... Even Mor Dhona was getting recked.

What I'm getting out of this is it was a massacring of players.
Was it actually fun somehow, or was it only memorable?

It was both. It was fun and it was memorable. I may forget some people as the their names are swallowed by the passing of time. But I will never forget the things we did. Especially at the end.

During all the chaos. i went around interviewing players and getting their opinion on what was happening.

Shoutouts to all our healers.. What happened to you guys... You use to go out of your way to help and heal players. Now you laugh at DD when they get hit by aoe. Even when they die you have a smile on your face.. What has happened to you guys.

I just want to take a moment to say Thank you square enix for "The Rising" Event.. It has brought back so much wonderful memories. I'm so proud to be a legacy player and look forward to future content. Thank you so much...
