I have been trying to transfer worlds for a number of days, and have been unable to because of the quest "The Ties That Bind". I spoke with the GM's on multiple occasions, finding out that to cancel the quest I have to turn in the promise wristlet. On further communications with the GM's, I found out that the item is supposedly in my inventory, but is not in my current inventory, on any retainers, my armory chest, etc. The last thing that the GM team had said was for me to submit a bug report, and have it addressed by the development team. The reference number for my discussions with the GM team is 6344968. I would like to simply abandon the quest so that I can proceed with the world transfer. Thank you for your time.
