    Launcher Fail, System error: -2146697211

    What is this, why is everything,(website, launch, PS4 launcher) slow and unresponsive.

    How do we get it fixed.?

    I had the same problem. Changing my DNS server in my router settings to Google's DNS server (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) is what fixed it for me.
