LF End Game LS, w/special qualities

Hello Everyone!

I'm aware of the list we have built up for LS's on our server however, I'm looking for a End Game LS that is of a few things:

1: Easy going, no nerd raging Leaders/Officers that think insults lead to better players.

2: Casual / Hardcore prefer a no DKP system (But I'm fine with one that has one too as I'm 99% always on for events)

3: A LS that likes to get shit done, but has a fun time doing it. (See example 1)

4: A good nature type player base that can boost humor but not in lines of "Haha I poo'd on your shoe".

Anyways, if anyone knows of a LS like so, I would be glad to hear your refrences to them. I'm a good player, played XI for 7 years (pre Abyssea) and run my own raiding guild on Rift.
