That was my impression as well. It's been, what, 3 years? People seem to be ready to move on. Hope goes hand in hand with the passing of a tragedy.I sort of took the change of music to signify that people had started to move on. The Rising used to be a very mournful event to mark the anniversary of so much death and destruction and remember the sacrifices of those that saved the world. This year the event seemed less mournful and more hopeful. They were celebrating all the progress they had made since the Calamity and giving thanks to those that gave their lives to let them do so.
It's actually quite a believable change I think. Many real world holidays are happy and positive celebrations that used to be very sombre and mournful ones. As the event that originally marked that holiday on the calendars fades from modern memory the nature of the holiday to remember it changes too.
