what is the actual purpose of these weapons anyways? I acquired the knives but i have yet to see the real use of them?
Can we come up with a real solution to useless weapons and gear?

Glamour and if you get all the weapons you get a 2nd mount. Some like collecting seasonal items and achievements, some people like collecting mounts, some people do it for fun, etc.

I know those but i mean a REAL use. Like forging. or Macgyver Merging to make a Monster of a Weapon/?
Monster hunter has some primitive system but the weapons are unique.

...so you basically want to turn every weapon into a relic?
You can use the weapon for a level 30 character or glamour, why does there has to be more? Specially to an event weapon like this thats mostly supposed to be a little gimmick...
If you want to "forge" a weapon: Pick up crafting. If you want to grind your brain out to make "a monster of a weapon": relic awaits!

If you are around 30, weapons could be upgrades.

For a solution about storage you can toss them in an armoire. There should be one at the inn.

I don't actually follow the devs. I had no idea i was not expected to get all the possible weapons before the event runs out in october.

All i ever wanted was the average 30% for a legendary. Why did it have to go down to 15% at four weapon to go? At 17 fates / 3 medals it's never going to catch up to the 30%.

That's statistics for you. Individual events don't compound that percentage so you can theoretically grind for days and never get a single legendary medal. You can flip a coin and get tails nine times in a row and finally get heads on that last flip, but that coin is still basically a 50% for either side.

Folks got the 30% Average after looking at how a lot of players had to grind out 700 to 800 which tacts it at about 30%. Imho currently the event is kinda poorly designs and the legendary medal drop should really be bumped to 100% (or at least higher..), but grinding 222 FATEs is too easy for some folks >_>

I was solo farming the Komasan Legendary Medals in Western La Noscea... only got 1 medal within 8 hours.

Joined a yokai farm group and got 8 Komasan Legendary Medals within 90 mins.

For those still trying for the yokai... Form/join a Yokai farm party in PF, should get your medals in no time.

Eh, I actually had posted fun but was more going into lines of Dragons Dogma where the grind is there but the combat is always fun and engaging but opted not to bother with the comment. Yet I agree, if its fun, people won't mind the grind at all.

What do you do with regular token once you get all the minions? Can you trade them for legendary tokens?

If not maybe that's what they should have done.
